STEP Transition Services provide work experience and training to those moving to the work place.  Our cafe, the Cosy Kitchen, and property maintenance services provide some of these opportunities.  We also help people to transition to full time education.  We have a specialist programme to support young adults with an intellectual disability to move from secondary school to work or third level education.  We also support older people to transition from work to retirement.  In addition we provide adults with a mild intellectual disability opportunities to volunteer in their communities.

STEP Personal Support Services empower people to develop their social skills, community involvement, self advocacy and physical and spiritual well-being.  We also run courses in relationships, sexuality, bereavement and stress management for people with a mild intellectual disability. We use volunteers to provide some of these services.
